I originally sought out to create this video to disprove that there were layers in the file, as I started hearing a rumor of it on Twitter. When I opened up the file I downloaded directly from WhiteHouse.gov and saw the layers that others were reporting. That being said I fully 100% believe Obama to be a US citizen. |
